Over the Easter Holiday, we were blessed with our first official 29 Palms Visitors. That's right Margot & Cary Humphries...better known as Muggie & Papa drove all the way from Edina, MN to celebrate Christ's Resurrection with us here in California. Not only did we marvel in the love of our Lord as he sacrificed his only son on our behalf, but we fellowshipped with them as they learned about life here in the desert. We enjoyed a tram ride to 8,000 feet over looking Palm Springs, amazing meals, a hike in Joshua Tree National Park, a trip to the local California farmers market & plenty of walks in the gorgeous California sun. (as we watched MN get 8 inches of snow) What a gift their visit was to us! We continue to thank the Lord for their involvement in our lives, for their health and ability to travel, as well as the ways they tangibly show us how much they love us!Tuesday, April 1, 2008

What fun! I remember special visits from Muggie and Papa at JMU! I'm so glad they were able to come out and visit you all. what a blessing!
