Jon returns in 4 short days & at times this training seems as though it's taking forever, while at other moments I wonder where my month has gone. It's hard to believe his year of USMC training is almost over. We have so much to be thankful for as 2007 comes to an end. For us December will be a month of endings & beginnings. Please pray that we would transition easily as Jon leaves his role as a student and begins to bear the full responsibility of his Marine Corps title. That we would have sweet good-byes with friends & family on the east coast. That our first USMC sponsored move would go smoothly & that driving 30 hours across the country with a 4 month old puppy; would be an adventure that we would remember fondly!!!

Yay for your hubby coming home! Margs - you are a stronger woman than I and I am so proud of you for how you just jumped into the role as a Marine Corps wife. I will be praying for you these next weeks and months as you all say goodbye and move and settle in your new home. I love you so much and praise Jesus for you!
